We look forward to celebrating with you in Punta Cana!

To attend Dick & Donna's wedding the following information is required to book your space.

* Full Names exactly as shown on valid passport of each guest per room
* Birthdates of each guest
* Full mailing address including postal code
* Telephone number including area code
* Email address
* Departure Airport City eg. St John's, Halifax, Toronto, etc
* Form of payment

We would like to receive a copy of your passport picture page, which you can copy and send to us by fax at 753 9952, by email, or even by taking a photo of it on your phone and emailing it from there.

Email or the form above is the preferred method of communication because it guarantees correct booking details and spelling of names.

Base rates are valid if deposit is paid within the qualifying period. We can hold space until March 24th, 2015, and will need guests to provide booking details and a deposit by that date.
We now have just a few seats left in the block we are holding, and we can continue to hold these option with the same rates until Apr 22nd.

Connectors are subject to availability when booked, and will be quoted and priced accordingly.

Deposit is $250 per person to confirm your booking, and is non refundable.

Pay in full by August 7th, 2015.

This package is through Air Canada Vacations and their terms and conditions will apply to your booking. Please note that deposits are always non-refundable.
